CAN I ATTEND WITH MY HUSBAND/WIFE?
Yes, of course. The package admits 2 pax so you can bring either your husband/wife/mother/father/sister/brother/daughter/son/friend.
We welcome everyone! Non-Muslims are welcomed too.
CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN?
Yes you may! Kindly find further details below:
Accommodation
Children below 12 years old stay for free with an extra bed provided upon request. However, children 12 years old and above will require a separate room booking unless they are under the 2 pax ticket you’ve purchased.
Workshops & Sessions
Young children below 5 years old are not allowed as they may disrupt the course but worry not, we do offer a Kiddocare service at a discounted rate should you need a carer to look after your little ones in the hotel room - please feel free to enquire.
Older children (5-12 years old) are allowed to the event but they should be under the 2 pax ticket to have their seats secured. Otherwise, they will need to be registered so we can arrange additional seats accordingly. Entrance to events are free, however iftar charges may apply - kindly refer to the next paragraph.
Sahur & Iftar
For mealtimes, we understand that you will want to have meals together with your children:
- Children below 5 years old eat for free for Sahur and Iftar buffet
- Children 5-12 years old eat for free for Sahur buffet but, Iftar buffet will incur an additional cost from the hotel at RM130 nett/pax/night that will be charged to your room unless they are under the 2 pax ticket you’ve purchased.
- Children 13 years old and above will incur normal Iftar buffet rate which is RM224 nett/pax/night that will be charged to your room unless they are under the 2 pax ticket you’ve purchased.
We will issue out a form to confirmed participants - kindly ensure you register your childrens’ names and whether they will be joining the event and/or Iftar so we can arrange for sufficient seats accordingly.
I'VE PURCHASED MY TICKET. WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT NEXT?
Upon purchase of ticket, you’ll get a “confirmation of purchase” email. However, do keep a lookout as we’ll be emailing participants closer to the event date on next steps and further details required e.g number of children you’re bringing, additional headcount registrations (for children/helpers), hotel bed preference etc. which will require you to fill up a form.
WHAT DO I NEED TO PACK FOR RAMADHAN RETREAT 2025?
We highly encourage you to pack 3D2N worth of modest clothing, prayerwear (for females), comfortable shoes and a notebook + pen if you’d like to take notes. However, hotel notepads and pens are provided should you need them.
I CAN'T MAKE IT FOR THE HOTEL CHECK-IN BETWEEN 3PM - 6PM. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
No worries, do inform us prior to your arrival so the team can make the necessary arrangements to cater to you accordingly.
I'VE PURCHASED MY TICKET BUT I CAN'T MAKE IT LAST MINUTE. CAN I GET A REFUND?
All payments made are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations due to personal reasons, travel disruptions, or changes in schedule.
Once the booking is confirmed, the full amount is considered forfeited, and no refunds will be issued, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
However, your booking is transferrable to any other parties, provided, that the transfer is notified to, and acknowledged by the event organiser atleast 72 hours prior to the event day.
I'M DRIVING TO THE HOTEL. WILL THERE BE PARKING?
Yes! The hotel offers self-parking for up to 400 vehicles on a first-come first-serve basis with only Touch N’ Go and debit/credit cards (Visa & Mastercard) accepted upon entry. In-House guests are eligible for FREE parking upon validation of Touch N’ Go and debit/credit cards before exiting the hotel parking.
Guests will be briefed on card validation towards the end of the event so you’ll know how to get your cards validated accordingly.
The hotel also offers a valet service with a flat-rate of RM30 for in-house guests.
DO YOU PROVIDE CHAIRS DURING PRAYER TIMES FOR ELDERLIES, PREGNANT WOMEN AND THOSE WITH DISABILITIES?
Yes, we’ve got you covered. Your comfort is our top priority.
I MIGHT BE ON MY MENSES DURING THE EVENT. AM I STILL ALLOWED TO JOIN?
You definitely can! No issues at all.
CAN I STAY IN MY ROOM IF I'M SUDDENLY UNWELL?
We’d highly encourage you to take the break you need. Enjoy the hotel room and the offered hotel amenities to heal and relax. Please let us know should you need anything.
