Refund policy

All payments made towards this booking are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations due to personal reasons, travel disruptions, or changes in schedule.

Once the booking is confirmed, the full amount is considered forfeited, and no credits or refunds will be issued, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

However, this booking is transferrable in the case of inability to attend due to personal reasons, travel disruptions, or changes in schedule, provided that the transfer is notified to, and acknowledged by the event organiser atleast 72 hours prior to the event day.
